Store Policy

Processing time

- The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

- If you would like an order to be made rushed - please contact us. (additional charges apply for rushed orders)

Customs and import taxes

- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns Policy

- Due to our item being personalized, we do not accept any return. Please contact us within 5 days after you receive the item if you have any issues with an order or item.

- For hygiene purposes, we do not accept any return for all our fabric masks and filters.

Refunds

If a refund was granted for any reason:

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card excluding shipping (or original method of payment).

- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Policy

-We ship to any valid Canadian addresses. However, shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.

- FREE SHIPPING for orders over cad 100.00$ (domestic only)

- Please note, all standard shipping are shipped without a tracking number. If you wish to add a tracking number , please contact us (extra charge)

Shipments

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
