Radmin License


The Help Desk licenses are designed for cases where the remote computers do not belong to the service provider, such as remote tech support and help desk. One Radmin Help Desk license allows connections to a single remote computer that belongs to a third-party client. The minimum purchase is 50 licenses. For more information please contact us.




Radmin License



After purchasing a Radmin Server 3 license you will get your License key. You have to enter it when following the activation process. The program generates a hardware identification key which is sent to the activation server. No personal data is included or required.


If Radmin Server has been previously activated on this computer using one of these keys, it will be reactivated. If it is a new Radmin Server installation, the activation server will select the license key with unused activations.


Something to keep in mind about Radmin. If you remove a PC/Server, it doesn't release the license. So you have to keep track of licenses. When you need licenses released, you have to contact Famatech using a company letterhead and let them know why the systems were removed, then they'll release the licenses for use again.


The program is free for business use on up to 10 remote PCs. If you need to control more than 10, then there is the "per operator" license which allows you to install the program on an unlimited number of machines.


Finally, we do not use license activation over the Internet since this mode of activation could potentially raise security issues. Instead, Remote Utilities license key is a simple static key - you don't have to have Internet access to register the software. Simply apply the key in the program after the installation or embed the license key during configuration and you are done.
